I was thinking last night about rice cakes or i could just buy a box of puffed wheat and eat them without milk .A long time ago in the late 1980s i used to do aerobic exercise along with a TV show from Canada called, It Figures with Charlene Prickett,this was back when the big thing was VCR"s and workout tapes,during the show she would talk about rice cake"s,I guess i"ll buy some next time i am in the store.
