Workout Submission Saturday - Week 3

Submission Saturday!

I know we didn't tackle no new techniques this week, but go ahead and still post your weekly workout logs. There's no quit or break in this progress - we make things happen.

An example of a workout submission should look something like this:
Monday: Ellipical 25 minutes, Upright Bicycle 15 minutes
Tuesday: Spinning Group Ex Class
Wednesday: Took two stops off the train earlier than usual - walked
Thursday: Recumbent Bicycle 15 minutes, Step Express Group Ex Class
Friday: Swimming Laps 25 minutes

  1. Sunday: elliptical 40 min
    Monday: elliptical 1 hour
    Tuesday: strength and cardio class 1 hour (about 25 min cardio)
    Thursda: strength and cardio class 1 hour (about 25 min cardio)
    Friday: elliptical 30 min
    Saturday: elliptical 30 min

  2. Wednesday - walked for 30min
    Thursday - treadmill for 30min + 15 min elliptical + 15 weights
    Sunday - 1 hr running + 30 min elliptical + 15 weights + 15 rowing

  3. Thursday:30min threadmill+30min recumbent bicycle+30minutes elliptical, Friday:20min threadmill+20min recumbent bicycle+20min elliptical,+36 swiss ball squats, Saturday:40min lap swimming,
