  1. Week 6 Woo hoo! I can't say I've had big weight loss but I am maintaining what I lost in the first challenge and doing more on the exercise front:

    Sunday: Running, 40 min
    Monday: Running 35 min
    Tuesday: Cardio/Strength class 1 hour (about 25 min cardio)
    Thurs: Running 40 min
    Sat: Indoor bicycle 15 min

Tues30min threadmill, 20min bike, 20min ellipical, 20min swim. Thurs- Six week weigh-in,36 squats,core work on row machine,30min ellipical.Sat- 30min core work on life-fittness machines,30minutes threadmill 30minutesbike, 30min ellipical,30min swim.
