  1. Sunday: 30min threadmill 20min swim, Monday: 30min threadmill 15min elliptical 15min bike 20min swim, Tuesday: 30min threadmill 15min elliptical 20min swim, Thursday: 30min benchpress instructions 30min threadmill 30min elliptical 1hr aqua exercise class. Friday: 30min threadmill 15min bike 15min elliptical 20min swim. Saturday 30min threadmill 20min elliptical 20minswim.

    barbell curls, dumbbell curls, dips, pull ups, bench press military press.
    hanging knee raises, crunches.

    Wednesday: leg extensions, calf raises, lat pulls, bench press, tricep press, shoulder shrugs.

    Thursday: ran the 59th st. bridge & swam for half hour

    Sunday: Rode 50 miles along 9W

  3. Late submitting week 8, but here's what I did!

    Sunday - 40 min elliptical
    Monday - 45 min walk
    Tuesday - 1 hour strength/cardio class (about 25 min cardio)
    Weds - 1 hour yoga
    Thursday - 1 hour strength/cardio class (about 25 min cardio)
    Friday - 40 min elliptical
    Saturday - 40 min running
